INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
Browse the DVD catalog and write down the EXACT titles of the DVDs that you wish to purchase.
Return to this page and select the number of DVDs you wish to purchase from the list to the right.
Then click on "PURCHASE SELECTED ITEMS" to register your credit card and shipping information.
Completely fill in your credit card billing and shipping information.
Enter the titles of the DVDs you wish for me to send into the "ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS" box on the credit card registration page.
If you forget to add your titles to the form or you make a mistake, please email the correction or complete list of your titles to me personally at denni@dennio.com and I will see that they are delivered promptly.
Make certain that the number of DVDs that you select on this page matches the number of DVD titles that you list or there may be a delay in the delivery of your order, while we sort out the discrepency.
Due to the simplicity of this form, no discounts or price changes can be added to your order. All of my Denni O videos will be sold at the same low price ($19.99).
Shipping and packing charges are $25 PER ORDER, regardless of how many DVDs you order or where they are shipped outside the United States.
HOW IT WORKS:
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, I will send for your DVDs from the warehouse.
It usually takes less than a week for the DVDs to arrive at my office.
I personally will ship your order out to you as soon as it arrives. I remove all covers from the DVDs and ship in plain jewel cases. I also mark the cases with generic titles such as "Graduation Pictures" or "Mum's Birthday". If you do not want me to send the DVDs by my stealth method, please put "NO STEALTH" in the comments section when ordering and I will send the DVDs complete with covers. Be aware that DVDs with covers may incur customs taxes or confiscation if the DVDs are not allowed in your country.
Normal delivery to many countries is 7-10 days, so expect it to be 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order.
I send orders via First Class US Mail due to expense of foreign shipping. Sorry, but there is no tracking available using this method.
No advertising or contact will ever be made at your billing address. We do not SPAM or use email to advertise, so you will never receive unwanted email from my sites.
It is extremely important that the billing address be accurate in order for us to process your credit card securely through our system.
Your information is safe because it is not stored anywhere on my system and is kept on an encrypted VISA approved secure processing server.
